The Hammond Police Department is asking for assistance locating a missing person, Kelvin Collins, 48 YO of Hammond.
Collins was last seen on August 23, 2021, at approximately 9:00 am, in the 1200 block of Martin Luther King Avenue.
Collins is approximately 5’10” tall, weighs 180 pounds, and has black hair and a dark colored complexion.
