The Washington Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to a complaint of a disturbance at a parish elementary school yesterday.
Police say they arrested 41 YO Seth Brown and booked him into the Washington Parish Jail.
According to police, the incident began when Brown, the parent of a student, refused to comply with school rules involving proper procedure for dropping his child off at school.
Police say Brown aggressively confronted the assistant principal the previous day and was banned from school property.
Brown reportedly returned to school property on Oct. 7 and continued to act aggressively. He resisted arrest before being restrained by a sheriff’s deputy. Two other deputies responded to the scene but no use of force was necessary.
Brown faces charges of terrorizing, criminal trespass, assault, resisting an officer, and more.
