The Hammond Regional Northshore Airshow will offer free admission to all Tangipahoa Parish first responders, parish employees, municipal and city employees, as well as Entergy employees and lineman workers.
This offer is given in gratitude for the tireless efforts of local relief aid workers who have helped rebuild Tangipahoa Parish in the aftermath of Hurricane Ida.
Hammond Mayor Pete Panepinto says as a community, they have seen these first responders take care of our citizens during Hurricane Ida and they want to tell them thank you so very much.
Qualifying individuals must present an official work ID at the gate to be eligible. Free entry is admissible for one person per official work identification card.
The Hammond Northshore Regional Airshow will take flight on Saturday, October 16th and Sunday, October 17th.
The airshow only comes around every two years, so be sure to secure tickets at www.hammondairshow.com while they are still available. Visitors to the website can find information on the full lineup of spectacular acts and attractions that will be featured at the 2021 airshow.
