Investigators with the St. Tammany Sheriff’s Office are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect who entered a Covington-area business during the early morning hours on August 26 and attempted to conduct a transaction using a credit card which had been reported stolen.
The same subject also entered a second Covington-area business that same morning, where he successfully conducted a transaction with a second reported stolen credit card. The suspect was later observed leaving the store in a maroon colored SUV. This suspect is also wanted for questioning in relation to a reported stolen vehicle.
