Tangipahoa Parish Government put out an update of local resources as of today.
For Hot Meals there is Operation BBQ Relief – lunch & dinner at Lowe’s in Hammond (individual meals) and at Tangi Academy (bulk meals). And Beacon Light of Hammond – free lunch with the Red Cross at Beacon Light of Hammond.
There are Volunteer Groups doing clean-up efforts. Multiple groups use Crisis Clean UP to register for help at 844-965-1386: Team Rubicon USA, Samaritan’s Purse, and Mormon Helping Hands. There is also the Southern Baptist Disaster Relief Registration, which can be done online. And for Send Me Missions call 863-800-9654, Extension 2.
