The Slidell, Causeway, and Mandeville branches of the St. Tammany Parish Library will open Tuesday, September 7, 2021 from 9 a.m. – 5p.m.
Patrons are welcome to visit these locations to use the telephones, fax machines, and copy machines. Fees are waived for faxes.
In addition, patrons are welcome to cool off in the air conditioning and utilize the electricity to charge their devices. All branches are still awaiting the restoration of internet services.
These branches will have limited staff.
The remainder of the St. Tammany Parish Library branches remain without power, with the exception of the Pearl River Branch. The Madisonville branch sustained damage from Hurricane Ida. Library staff are still determining the extent of this damage.
