Parish President Mike Cooper issued a parish wide curfew during his press briefing this morning.
Cooper said the Executive Order he signed takes effect at noon today. Cooper urged citizens to stay home both now and after the storm while the access damage. You can hear President Cooper and Sheriff Randy Smith in the audio clip below.
