
Last week a Ponchatoula man pleaded guilty to distributing methamphetamine.
According to court documents, 24 YO Aaron Womack distributed meth from a residence in Ponchatoula. Execution of a federal search warrant on a residence resulted in the seizure of methamphetamine, heroin, and cocaine.
Womack is scheduled to be sentenced on October 6, and faces a mandatory minimum of five years, up to a maximum of 40 years in federal prison, up to a $5,000,000.00 fine, and at least 4 years of supervised release following incarceration.
Federal U.S. District Court Judge Ivan L.R. Lemelle will determine the sentence.
