According to customers who received letters from them, Entergy New Orleans will be resuming power cut-offs starting in June.
The letter said starting June, grace period extensions for overdue power bills will end. The utility had been allowing customers additional time to pay bills during the coronavirus pandemic.
Customers wishing to enroll in a payment arrangement plan can visit entergy.com/billhelp, select ‘deferred payment’ on the free Entergy mobile app, call 1-800-ENTERGY (1-800-368-3749), or visit one of the two Entergy New Orleans walk-in care centers for assistance.
