North Oaks Immunization Clinic is responding to the FDA’s recent expansion of emergency use of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to include adolescents, ages 12-15, by scheduling several mass vaccination events.
Appointments are required and can be scheduled online at covidvaccine.northoaks.org or by calling (985) 230-SHOT [7468].
Next Saturday, May 22, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m., individuals ages 12 to adulthood, are eligible to receive the Pfizer COVID-19 two-dose vaccine series. Individuals, ages 18 and older, are eligible to receive the Johnson & Johnson one-dose COVID-19 vaccine.
Either vaccine type may be scheduled.
