DOTD will be working on I-12 in Livingston Parish this week.
I-12, Eastbound and Westbound, from Approx. 1.25 miles East of LA 441 (Albany) to 1.45 miles East of LA 63 (Livingston), will have alternating lane closures from Monday, May 10, through Thursday, May 13, from 9:00 pm – 5:00 am, nightly. At least one lane in each direction will remain open at all times. These lane closures are to allow crews to work on the existing roadway. DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
DOTD also says the I-12 on/off ramps at the Albany exit (Exit #32) will have intermittent lane closures on Monday night and Tuesday night from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m., weather permitting. These ramp closures are necessary to allow crews to work on the existing roadway.
