Last week St. Tammany Public Schools Superintendent Frank Jabbia filled two spots in his administration, naming veteran educators Jeanne McCurley and Kimberly Gardner to be assistant superintendents for the state’s fourth largest school district.
McCurley recently served as a secondary education supervisor and was named assistant superintendent of curriculum and instruction.
Gardner was a supervisor of elementary instruction. She will be the district’s first assistant superintendent of students with exceptionalities, or SWE, and also will oversee federal programs for the district.
