Southeastern’s annual fundraiser, Chef’s Evening, has been adjusted to take in COVID-19 safety protocols.
This year’s gathering will be called “Chefs Under the Stars,” and will take place inside Strawberry Stadium on Friday, April 30. Organizers are planning an evening of musical performances, dining, drinks, and a raffle under the evening sky. Monies raised are used to support student scholarships and academics at Southeastern Louisiana University. Seating is limited.
Tickets, which range from $85 per person and up to $1,000 for a VIP package that includes a reserved table for six complete with table service, are available online at http://www.southeastern.edu/.
