Julia Letlow is Congresswoman-elect for the 5th District of Louisiana after winning the primary with 65 percent of the vote in a race with a dozen candidates.
She won in Tangipahoa, Washington, and St. Helena Parishes in her bid for the seat that her late husband won shortly before his death last December.
