Yesterday, the Louisiana Department of Health reported 447 new #COVID19 cases.
Of those cases, 275 were confirmed and 172 were probable. 99% of the new cases reported were community spread. Individuals between the ages of 5 and 17 (18%), aged 18 and 29 (17%) and ages 40 and 49 (17%) accounted for the largest portion of the cases.
There were 30 deaths reported, bringing the current total death count to 9,955.
There were 446 people in hospitals and 66 required ventilators.
