United Way of Southeast Louisiana has announced a 5-day email-based equity challenge March 15-19 that will help participants understand how inequities affect their lives and communities.
The challenge is hosted by UWSELA’s Young Leaders United and is free and open to all.

Structural and institutional discrimination and implicit bias have created lasting disparities and pose ongoing barriers to prosperity for everyone in Southeast Louisiana. The YLU 5-Day Equity Challenge will explore the root causes of the issues facing the community today and how people can move forward.
