Crime Stoppers of Tangipahoa and St Helena will host a women’s self defense class on February 20th at Ponchatoula Area Recreation Center on 19030 Ponchatoula Parks Drive. The class starts at 10:00am and will end approximately11:30am.
Sensei Frank DiBenedetto will instruct the class. DiBenedetto had been an Isshinryu Karate Black Belt for over 20 years. The class is open to ages 12 and up. Please wear comfort clothing for the class. Crime Stoppers is requesting a donation of $25 for the class but this is not a required. Donations can be made through PayPal on their website www.tangicrimestoppers.com.
