A Metairie woman wanted for kidnapping her biological child on Thanksgiving Day turned herself into the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office Wednesday afternoon. The St. Tammany Sheriff’s Office wants to thank everyone who called in with information and/or shared posts about the abducted child case. The St. Tammany Sheriff’s Office recovered the 9-year-old Texas boy Wednesday afternoon, with the assistance of the FBI Task Force, at a residence in the New Orleans area. The child was found to be in good health and unharmed. Taveion was returned to his legal guardians, and Coreion Molette was arrested. Molette will face charges that include Aggravated Kidnapping of a Child.
