Dept of Health Update

The Louisiana Department of Health reported 2,565 new cases, a two-day total. 11 more deaths were reported, bringing the state total to 5,895 confirmed deaths. 753 people are in hospitals and 58 of them require ventilators.  Percent positivity in St Tammany is reported at 4.9%, up from 3.7%. Percent positivity in Tangipahoa is listed at 7.6%, down from 8.4%. And in Washington Parish the percent positivity is 6.2%, up from 3.9%.
