DA Warren Montgomery announced that a St. Tammany Parish grand jury indicted 42 YO James Michael Buckley, of Hammond, on charges of first degree rape, sexual battery, home invasion, burglary of an inhabited dwelling, and two counts of attempted burglary of an inhabited dwelling. Buckley is accused of raping a woman during a home invasion in Covington on July 20, 2020.
