Motorists can expect delays near Cypress Pointe Hospital as construction begins on a turning lane for Dr. John Lambert Drive on the south side of the hospital complex. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the work was delayed from Nov. 2; however, Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller said work will now be able to begin on Monday, Nov. 16. Vehicle traffic will experience delays during the construction of this new turning lane.
