Dept of Health Update

The Louisiana Department of Health reported 331 #COVID19 cases yesterday. 97% of the cases reported to the state were community spread. 3% of the cases reported to the state were in congregate settings. People aged 29 and under represent 24% of these cases. 12% are individuals between 18-29. There were 9 deaths reported to the state. The total death count is 5,495. 582 people with the virus in the state are in hospitals while 64 of those require ventilators.
