On October 2, detectives with the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office were notified by Tangipahoa Sheriff’s Office deputies about a possible crime. Sheriff Jason Ard says they received a call from a distressed male. During this call, the male confessed to a crime, claiming to have murdered an acquaintance. He then details a possible crime scene, his home, which ended up being on Skinner Lane in Albany.
