Two Dead in Albany Crime

Over the weekend a second body was found at a crime scene in Livingston Parish involving a death investigation in a missing persons case near Albany. Randolph Skinner died from a what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Tangipahoa deputies originally got a call from Skinner who allegedly confessed to shooting his girlfriend. Skinner was wanted in connection with the disappearance of a woman from Hammond who has not been seen since early September.
