Livingston Trick or Treat

Parish President Layton Ricks says Trick or Treating in the unincorporated areas of Livingston Parish will be October 31^st from 6 until 8 pm. Ricks did not issue any directives involving the public’s participation in the event. He did encourage the public to be responsible and vigilant.
