Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Daniel Edwards is asking for information about 55 YO Randolph “Randy” Skinner, Sr. of Drake Road. Skinner is wanted by the TPSO for the crime of obstruction of justice in the disappearance of 21-year-old Deranisha Williams. Deranisha has been missing since Saturday, September 5. Randy Skinner is described as being 5’6” in height, 150 pounds, and brown eyes. Anyone with information regarding Skinner is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 800.554.5245.
