Starting Monday, September 21st, free COVID-19 testing will be available every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and continuing every week until further notice at the Office of Public Health, on West Club Deluxe Road in Hammond. The scheduled times are 9am until 4pm. There are no out-of-pocket costs for those seeking a test at these community testing sites. A telephone number and email address are required to be tested. An ID is preferred but not required. Anyone Louisiana resident over the age of five is eligible to be tested. The test will be self-administered and monitored by LANG personnel. Persons being tested should be pre-registered online. You will receive your test results within 3-5 days.
