More than 120 people attended the St Tammany Chamber of Commerce’s District Attorney Forum Luncheon to hear directly from D.A. Candidates Warren Montgomery and Vincent Wynne. Chairman Tom Meyers served as moderator. It marked the Chamber’s first in-person event, and the largest indoor event at The Greystone, since the pandemic began with everyone abiding by safety protocols. The discussion was contentious at times with the challenger listing job duties the current DA had not done and the incumbent saying that was incorrect and offering to post rebuttals to his website last night. Wynne seemed to be the aggressor with Montgomery defending his record. Both men reportedly handled themselves well.
