The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 19-year-old Raheem Harold of Roseland. Harold was wanted by the TPSO on charges of one count of Second Degree Murder and two counts of Attempted Second Degree Murder as the result of the homicide that claimed the life of 21-year-old Zion Hutcherson of Baton Rouge. Zion was killed August 8, while attending a trail ride in Roseland. Harold was taken into custody in Billings, Montana by the Billings Police Department earlier this month. He will be extradited back to Louisiana then booked into the Tangipahoa Parish Jail.
Additionally, 27 YO Raven Warford, of Natalbany, turned herself into authorities. Warford was subsequently booked into the Tangipahoa Parish Jail on one count of Orders of the Governor, One Count of Negligent Homicide and two counts of Negligent Injuring.
