According to the 4A Advisory Marco is weakening. The Hurricane Warning has been replaced by a Tropical Storm Warning. There is still a chance for locally heavy rainfall for SE Louisiana. Laura still bears watching for our area. This storm is still forecast to make landfall as a Category 2 hurricane with 105 MPH winds late Wednesday or early Thursday in western Louisiana. Do not focus on the center of the track. Impacts will occur outside of the center.
