The Louisiana Department of Health reported a total of 3,467 new COVID-19 cases on Sunday, with no numbers released on Saturday. Hospitalizations have dropped by 12 to 1,534 and the number of people on ventilators went down by 1. A total of 58 new deaths from coronavirus have been recorded, bringing the full count to 3,893. 33% of the cases reported were among people 18 to 29. 18 and younger make up 10% of the cases. 95% were from community spread.
