The numbers reported by the Louisiana Department of Health show coronavirus numbers jumped by 3,840 since Friday. 48 new deaths have been recorded, bringing the total number in the state to 3,651. But the numbers are not without some positives. There are 43 less people hospitalized and 13 less on ventilators, at 1,557 hospitalized and 184 on vents.
