Road Work in Tangi

Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller said Professional Plaza Drive will be closed this Saturday, July 25, for emergency repairs, weather permitting. Miller said the roadway will be closed from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., and only emergency vehicles will be allowed through during this construction period. All work will be posted on the day of construction. Also, the entrance to Pecan Grove Subdivision will be closed for approximately six hours next Wednesday as Tangipahoa Parish Road and Bridge crews complete a cross drain replacement project. Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller said crews will be working on Wednesday, July 29, to complete a cross drain replacement project at the intersection of Pecan Grove Drive and LA 445. The closure is scheduled from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. on the day of construction. During that time frame, no traffic will be allowed to pass through the construction zone.
