DA Scott M. Perrilloux reports that a Tangipahoa Parish Grand Jury returned an indictment for 20 YO Aridies Cain, of Amite, for two counts of First Degree Murder and one count of Attempted First Degree Murder.
According to the indictment, on June 4, Cain entered a residence on Bourgeois Street, opening fire on three individuals. Due to injuries sustained from the shooting, Alvin Henderson of Amite, and Terrace Foster Jr. of Amite, died at the scene. The third victim was shot a total of seven times but survived. Cain was located later at a residence on Lilly Pad Pond Road where he was taken into custody by the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office.
This case is scheduled for Preliminary Exam on August 18, at 1:00P.M.
