In Mandeville, Laure Sica and “Clay” Madden seem to be heading to a run-off to become the city’s next mayor. According to unofficial returns, Sica carried 32 percent of the vote to Madden’s 29 percent. Michael Blache finished third by only 12 votes. Turnout was 41.4 percent. In the City Council races, Rick Danielson and Jason Zuckerman led the field of three to become council members-at-large. Turnout in this race was 30.9 percent. Skelly Kreller led the council member District 2 race with 59 percent of the vote. Jill McGuire defeated Scott Discon with 57 percent of the vote to be elected to the Council District III seat. There was nearly 51 percent turnout in this race.
